Most people experience the stages of grief, which are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and eventually reach acceptance, but the length of time varies based on the individual and the resources in place to help. You don’t have to go through it alone. Grieving is a normal and natural process in healing. There shouldn’t be a length of time or a degree level dictated for someone’s grief, grieving is unique for each individual. Every Individual is different and heals at their own pace and in their own unique way.
